CANCELLATIONS

A 90-day notice is required for cancellation by either party. Cancellations made by guest more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellation made less than 90 days before the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.

Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Cancellation or early departure over the Easter, Christmas, February or other peak period does not warrant any refund of rent.

INSURANCE

You must not travel without it. All policies must cover medical treatment and repatriation in the event of an accident or serious illness. Guests in breach of this condition will be deemed to have indemnified us for any consequential loss by us on their behalf and such costs will be redeemable from them.
